Standard procedures

This section covers the most important standard procedures a client might need to complete during the set-up or active trading periods:

Opening a Real account in NetTradeX Mobile

  1. 1. Log on to NetTradeX Mobile trading platform

    Run the NetTradeX Mobile trading platform on your mobile phone or PDA.

  2. 2. Select account type

    Click on "Tools" of the main menu. A drop-down menu will appear. Select "Open new account..." of the drop-down menu to call the first window of the account opening procedure: "Open New Account".

     

    Tick the "Real account" check-box in the window "Open new account".

  3. 3. Read and accept our terms and conditions

    Read and accept the subsequently opened documents: "Customer Agreement", "Terms of Business" and "Risk Warning" by ticking "I Accept..." box.

  4. 4. Enter account information

    Fill in all required fields in the subsequently opened windows: "Personal account information", "Contact account information" and "Trading account".

  5. 5. Enter payment information

    In the "Payment information" window you need to enter details of at least one payment option in your name you will further use for withdrawals as well as a secret word which you will be asked to quote each time you request to modify your account's payment information.

  6. 6. Save the new account's credentials

    A new window will appear containing your account's credentials which you need to keep in a safe place:

     

    • Account: ID - 25968, type - Real account / BEGINNER
    • Login: r25968 (Login to access an account. Upon clients’ requests, additional logins may be created to access trading account).
    • Password: XXX (Password to access an account under the login r25968).
    • Phone password: XXX (Password for a telephone dealing).
    • Secret word: XXX (Secret word to change payment details).

     

    Make sure you saved this information and tick the "Yes, I am sure that this data is saved" box.

     

    Press "OK" to close the pop-up window and resume the procedure.

 

Important: Remember that each newly opened NetTradeX Real trading account needs activation for trading.
